"My work is an inner journey through mythologies and symbolism. I strive to keep a trace while knowing it is already ephemeral. Color and texture are for me the bridge that shapes the link between matter and spirit, between consciousness and unconsciousness, between transcendence and immanence.
I work in mini-series and draw inspiration from what I see, learn, feel and live: the cycle of all that lives with its birth/loss/death/rebirth, nature, my dreams, hidden languages, the process of memory and transformation, but above all, my personal history (and story)with Saudade.
My work, definitively is, the quest for that invisible and mystical part that lives within us..."

“ Mon travail est un cheminement intérieur au travers de mythologies et symbolismes. Je m’efforce de garder une trace tout en sachant qu'elle est déjà éphémère.
La couleur et la texture sont pour moi le pont qui façonne le lien entre la matière et l'esprit, entre conscient et inconscient, entre transcendance et immanence.
Je travaille par mini-séries et je m'inspire de ce que je vois, apprends, ressens et vis: du cycle de tout ce qui vit avec sa naissance/perte/mort/renaissance, de la nature, de mes rêves, des langages cachés, du processus de mémoire et de transformation, mais surtout de mon histoire personnelle avec la Saudade.
Mon travail est, définitivement, la quête de cette part invisible et mystique qui vit en nous…”

"O meu trabalho é uma viagem interior através de mitologias e simbolismos. Eu esforço-me por manter um registo, sabendo que é efémero.
A cor e a textura são, para mim, a ponte que molda a ligação entre a matéria e o espírito, entre o consciente e o inconsciente, entre a transcendência e a imanência.
Trabalho em mini-séries e inspiro-me no que vejo, aprendo, sinto e vivo: o ciclo de tudo o que vive com o seu nascimento/perda/morte/renascimento, a natureza, os meus sonhos, as linguagens ocultas, o processo de memória e transformação, mas sobretudo, a minha história (e estoria)pessoal com a Saudade.
